Kiwi and Onuga Canapés

Ingredients

2 kiwi fruits
1 small pot of very thick natural yoghurt
50g jar of Onuga

Method

Peel the kiwis, if preferred, and cut into slices.

Place a teaspoon of yoghurt on each slice and top with Onuga.

Oysters and Onuga

Divide 50g of Onuga between a dozen fresh oysters on half their shells. Arrange them on crushed ice and serve with lemon juice or Tabasco.

Quick Bites

Top melba toast, crackers or crisp bread with soured cream or cream cheese, smoked salmon and a generous serving of Onuga. Serve with drinks before dinner.

Cheat's Starter

Heat 16 ready-made blini in the oven and top with soured cream or cream cheese, smoked salmon and Onuga. Serve as a starter with drinks before dinner and save on the washing up!
